- Pages you visit and how you navigate between them

- Improve our website, services, and customer experience
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and certain third-party services use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies on our site. These help us understand who is visiting, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and improve the website experience.
Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads Conversion Tracking — to measure website traffic, understand which pages drive estimates, and measure the return on our advertising. Google’s practices: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to show you relevant ads. Meta’s practices: facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage your Meta ad preferences in your Facebook settings.
- Call tracking — the phone number displayed on our site may be a tracking number provided by our CRM (GoHighLevel) so we can measure which marketing campaigns drive phone calls. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We will tell you when calls are recorded.
- Essential cookies — to remember your form progress and basic site preferences.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that some site features may not work correctly without them.
4. Third-Party Services We Use
We use trusted third-party services to operate our business. These services have their own privacy policies and may collect information directly from you when you use them:
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship management (CRM) and form/messaging platform.
- Google (Ads, Analytics, Maps, reCAPTCHA, Business Profile) — advertising, analytics, mapping, spam protection.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — advertising.
- Hearth Financing — our financing partner. If you choose to apply for financing, your application is submitted directly to Hearth, governed by their privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
5. Information Sharing
We may share information in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate our business (CRM, accounting, scheduling) and are contractually required to protect your information.
- Insurance adjusters — if you have an active claim and authorize us to coordinate with your carrier, we’ll share documentation we’ve prepared with your adjuster.
- Manufacturers — to register and validate your manufacturer’s material warranty after installation.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or your safety.
- Business transfers — if Iron Roof Co is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For customers, we retain project records for the length of your warranty period (and reasonable additional time for legal record-keeping). For leads who never become customers, we typically retain contact information for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Access & correction. You can ask us what information we have about you and request corrections. Email hello@ironroofco.com.
- Deletion. You can request that we delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements (we cannot delete warranty records during your warranty period, for example).
- Marketing opt-out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To opt out of marketing SMS, reply STOP to any marketing text from us.
- Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no industry-standard interpretation of this signal.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however. You share information with us at your own risk.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on this page.
